
- Ingredients:
- Almond flour crust:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Garlic butter: (optional)
- Melt together
- 2tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°
In a bowl mix the flour- salt ingredients until well combined ( if really sticky add a touch of flour, dough should be spongy but not sticky to hands) drizzle olive oil onto a piece of parchment paper and on your pizza pan.
Roll dough out onto your parchment paper, carefully flip onto you pan. Bake for 15 mins, crust will be golden on bottom. Take crust out and brush crust with garlic butter, add you sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake for 16 mins, rotating half way though!
